Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

• To qualify for the referral reward, you must refer five (5) individuals who each schedule and attend a free tattoo consultation with Hannah Maye Olalia.

• All five referred individuals must arrive on time for their scheduled consultation appointments. Late arrivals or no-shows do not count toward eligibility.

• Referrals must be made after enrollment in the referral program to qualify for credit. Any referrals made prior to signing up for the program will not be eligible for credit.

Reward

• Once all requirements are met, you will receive one hundred dollars ($100) in shop credits.

• Credits may be applied toward tattoo services only.

• Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Redemption Limits and Transferability

• Credits are limited to a maximum redemption of fifty dollars ($50) per appointment.

• Credits may be transferred to another individual (friend or family member) if you choose to gift them. Transferred credits remain subject to all terms and conditions.

Expiration

• All shop credits expire ninety (90) days from the date issued. Expired credits are void and will not be reissued.

General Terms

• Hannah Maye Olalia reserves the right to verify referrals and to deny credits if referral activity is determined to be fraudulent or in violation of these terms.

• Hannah Maye Olalia may modify or terminate the referral program or these terms and conditions at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without notice. Credits issued prior to modification or termination remain subject to the original expiration and redemption rules.

• These terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the referral program and supersede any prior representations or agreements, whether written or oral.
