POLICIES

1) LATE FEES AND RESTRICTIONS

1 a ) If client shows up 20 minutes late, there will be a $45 late fee attached to the total amount of the service. For every minute over the 20 minute mark, there will be an additional $2.5 charge per minute.

1 b ) If client shows up 30 or more minutes late, client will be rescheduled. Client will be expected to repay full deposit if they wish to be rescheduled.

2) SERVICES I DO NOT PROVIDE

2 a ) I do not provide tattoos that suggest the following; politics, gang affiliations, pornography, racism, sexual representation/ identity, or morally objective.

2 b ) I do not tattoo male genitalia.

2 c ) I do not tattoo female genitalia. There is an exception for female’s chest, sternum, and ribs.

3) ALLOWED NUMBER OF RESCHEDULES

3 a ) Clients are allowed two reschedules with at least 48 hours' notice. If a third reschedule is needed, a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment.

Emergencies or illness are considered exceptions, but the client is still expected to provide notice by calling the shop or emailing me with an explanation of the situation.

4) RESCHEDULING POLICY

4 a) If you contact us to reschedule but do not choose a new appointment date within three months of your original appointment, it will be considered a cancellation by the client. In that case, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.
